Below is a list of just some of the projects we have completed.

11/10 - CAMP HILL BATHROOM REMODEL.  We were hired to completely gut and remodel a bathroom that was 99% completed by another contractor.  The homeowner was not comfortable with work previously completed so they asked that contractor to leave.  We were happy to accept this job and were excited to complete this bathroom to the customers specifications.  During demolition we found many code violations with the electrical and plumbing, confirming the homeowners suspicions and it was evident they made the right choice to start over.  After removing all the work previously installed we were ready to get started.  That included leveling the floor joists and wall studding in prepartion for the new tile floor and walls.  Once we had a level, square, and plumb structure, new electric and plumbing, it was time to get to the finish work.  This included a 2 x 2 tile floor installed on the diagonal, 4 x 4 wall tiles with border, Kohler tub, and Moen faucets.  We also had custom trim milled to match the existing trim in the house, and custom stain applied.  It was very satisfying to give the homeownes the bathroom they deserved the first time.

8/10 - HUMMELSTOWN PORCH RESTORATION  Installed new mohagany porch boards and painted with Sherwin Williams low slip gloss porch paint.  Rebuilt brownstone foundation due to deterioration of the existing mortar.  Rebuilt colums and lattice with custom millwork and weather resistant trim.

7/10 - HUMMELSTOWN KITCHEN REMODEL.  The flooring for this kitchen was 5" maple hardwood with 6 x 6 slate tiles in the entry way.  The cabinets were cherry with a custom copper countertop which included an undermount double bowl Blanco Silgranit sink and Brizo faucet.  Recessed lights and under-cabinet lights were installed to highlight the cherry cabinets and molding and beautiful copper countertop.  Along with the base and upper cabinets we installed an appliance garage in the corner, complete with electric, and a large panty.  We tiled the backsplash with the 6 x 6 slate tiles to coordinate with the floor.  The addition of the island included the Jenn-Air downdraft stove and a mixer lift housed in the one cabinet.  We expanded the existing 6 foot wide sliding door to an Andersen 9 foot wide 3 panel french door stained to match the cabinets.  We removed a window to allow for a longer run of cabinets on the exterior wall.  We also gave the brick fireplace a facelift by extending it to the ceiling, installing a fieldstone veneer, and custom walnut living edge mantle, flagstone hearth, and 6 x 6 slate tile surround on the floor.

12/08 - Master bathroom and hall bathroom remodel.  In the master bathroom we installed a new Diamond 30" x 60" shower with a seat and Moen Kingsley fixtures in Oil Rubbed Bronze with a handshower and slide bar in the shower.  A new Kohler comfort height elongated toilet was installed along with a Marblux custom vanity top and new Tri-View medicine cabinet.  Updated the electric to include more GFI protected outlets and new exhaust fan and lighting matching the Oil Rubbed Bronze.  The updates to the hall bathroom included a new Sterling Ensemble shower and Moen Kinglsey faucets with 3 way diverter, a handshower, and slide bar.  See pictures

11/08 - Bathroom remodel to a 1920's bugalow style house listed on the American Bungalow Registry.  This bathroom was completely gutted and remodeled to a period 1920's style bathroom.  Upon entering the bathroom you will notice the white penny round tile on the floor, white subway tile wainscoting leading to the Kohler Archer tub with Delta Leland faucet and handshower, and white subway tile walls, custom tile window trim, and custom built-in tile, niche.  Other items in this bathroom include a Kohler Memoirs (stately) pedestal sink with chrome Delta Leland faucet with porcelain cross handles, Kohler Memoirs comfor height elongated bowl toilet, new GFI outlets, exhaust fan, lighting from Rejuventaion.
